About Us

Alawi Islamic Association in Victoria (AIAV) was established in 1980 to attend to the religious and social needs of the Alawi community in Victoria by way of organising various religious and community-based activities such as weddings, funerals, house warming, Friday & Eid Prayers, Annual charity ball, sports & Arabic education.

AIAV is also the official representative of the Alawites in Victoria and is constantly advocating their cause and lobbying for the advancement of their community.
